Aventri Event Management
Managed by UCI Payment Card Services, Aventri is an approved service provider for the University of California and compliant with all Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards.
Aventri is a powerful event management system that is available to all organizations on the UCI campus. This end-to-end event technology platform automates and simplifies the process of bringing people together for conferences, meetings, and more. Aventri uses UCI's approved payment gateway, TouchNet, for cost-effective registration payments and features automatic integration with the campus financial system.
Some of the advantages of using Aventri include:
- Attendee registration that is fast and efficient.
- Email marketing.
- Tools for departments to create and design an event.
- A 2% per-transaction fee for payment processing plus a $2.10 per-registration fee.
- Integration with UCI's Kuali Financial System and the same setup process as UCI's TouchNet Marketplace.
- Online meal offerings and hotel accommodations.
- Coordination, tracking, and flexible event reporting.
Aventri also offers other features at an additional cost to departments such as mobile event apps, smart badges, analytics, venue sourcing, etc.
